With the increasingly fierce competition,the lean management thinking of Toyota Corporation plays a decisive role in it sustainable development,so more and more enterprises begin to introduce lean management to enhance their competitiveness,but how to apply the lean concept to implement their business and continue is a difficult problem in us met,this thesis studied and summarized based on H Pump(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.the lean implementation.First of all,on the lean management thought of the origin,to understand the essence of lean management,before the implementation of lean production all staff must understand the purpose and significance.Only use lean tools will not successful,there must be peopleoriented to push and lean tools supplemented,lean tools need to adjust and change according to the different environment of different enterprises,even under the new environment and new technology will have new lean tools,it all comes from the creativity of employees.Only after the idea of reducing waste in the whole enterprise in-depth understanding we can successful implementation of lean work.Then,introduces the implementation of lean production tools,such as the identification and elimination of waste,the 5S implementation,and the standardization development,visual management application,through the explanation and introduce let employees understand how to use the lean tools,so as to effectively work in the subsequent process of implementation.Finally,through the application of Value Stream Mapping to implementation of lean production,because in the implementation of process improvement value flow chart,need to use most of the lean tools,through a value flow chart of the improvement work to help employees can quickly grasp the skills and promote lean production,lean in the follow-up process only need to constantly improve and use lean tools to analyze repeatedly in the process of promoting improvement of value flow,this continuous cycle operation it will slowly lean thinking into daily work,so as to achieve the purpose of the implementation of lean production enterprises.
