In today's rapidly changing competitive market,having its own brand manufacturing industry is also faced with many challenges: how to meet customer demand in the diversified demands of the market,with a shorter delivery cycle,better product quality,lower manufacturing costs.The value stream mapping of lean production will become a tool to improve these problems.T group was founded in 1985,which is one of the most advanced Home Furnishing decoration and construction tools of world-class suppliers,has a number of reputable brands,M companies belonging to the T group's design,a high-end electric tool production and sales company,M company's recent acquisition of a water level brand,opened a new factory a team of 140 people,after 6 months of planning,construction has begun to take shape.However,the factory still exists many problems such as long delivery cycle,high inventory level,low production efficiency,product quality is not stable,the income level,even at a loss,at the same time facing the situation of fierce market competition and pressure,M executives decided by the full implementation of lean production to shorten the delivery cycle,ultimately eliminating waste in the workplace.Twist level factory weaknesses.Value stream mapping is used as a tool to fully expose the problems and waste in the manufacturing process,while allowing the management to take a holistic view of the direction of improvement.This paper takes the M company new factory level products as the research object,and which has analyzed the research background of the need to change the factory,introduced the related theory of value stream mapping and lean production,and select the appropriate type of product and then through the analysis of the number of products,by drawing the current state value stream map to expose the problems in the manufacturing process and waste in order to find opportunities for improvement,lean production,pull production,Kanban management,SMED,line balance is the guiding direction,Draw the future value stream map,and then set up the improvement project team,led by the improvement project team to complete the improvement project.Finally,by the way of pull production and Kanban management to shorten the production cycle,reduce the change over time,and line balance to improve the production efficiency.Use value stream mapping and lean tools to improve the plant greatly.
