Risk Evaluation Of Local Government Financing Platform In Urbanization Construction

Urbanization is the only way to realize the modernization of our country.In recent years,with the increasing scale of urbanization,the need of local infrastructure construction is becoming more and more urgent,which leads to the blowout situation of the development of local government financing platform,however,with the size of the local government financing platform and the amount of loans continue to increase,the risk generated by this issue has also aroused a widespread attention.This thesis,taking company B as an example,evaluates its risk level during the urbanization of Dongli District,and puts forward some relevant control measures.It is hoped that the risk research of company B can provide reference for the risk evaluation of company B and other local government financing platform.This thesis uses the Delphi method to identify the risk factors of the local government financing platform in the urbanization construction,and identifies 15 risk factors in 4 categories,including policy risk,management problem,construction risk,financial risk and other components.And this thesis also establishes the risk evaluation index system of the local government financing platform in the urbanization construction.Due to the uncertainty and concealment of the risk of the local government financing platform in the urbanization construction,this thesis adopts a combination of various research methods and establishes the risk evaluation mechanism.Finally,it analyzes the various aspects of risk in accordance with the specific situation of company B,and according to the research data,it makes a correct evaluation of the overall risk and adopts the targeted measures to help readers to understand the realistic applicability of the risk evaluation framework of the local government financing platform established in this paper.
