With the economic prosperity,the tourism industry has developed rapidly,and the tea culture tourism characterized by cultural tourism has mushroomed.In order to further promote the development of tourism,and achieve good economic and social benefits,governments at all levels and relevant departments have made relevant laws and regulations,policies and so on.The tea culture in China has a long history,and tea culture has become an important tourism resources.The efficient and fast urban life and work pressure,which has made travel become an important way that can relax and relieve for commuters.Tea culture tourism can create a comfortable travel experience for tourists,through experiencing mountain natural landscape,learning the history and ceremony of tea,tasting tea products,feeling the charm of tea culture.In recent years,the theme of cultural tourism has become the main force of tourism,tea culture tourism has also been vigorously developed in recent years.People achieve the purpose of tourism through the appreciation of the traditional culture,the pursuit of cultural celebrity left or joined the local organizing various cultural activities.The survey shows that tea culture tourism has become a pillar industry in some areas.Being the "national green model county","Hometown of famous tea in china","the focus of production of tea county",Lingyun county has unique natural climatic conditions,and its pekoe tea is very famous all over the world.In 2016,it produced 5203 tons of dried tea,and realized output value of 381 million yuan,playing a pillar role in its local economic development.However,there are some shortcomings in the development of Lingyun tea culture tourism,such as the government actions should be improved,the management of enterprises is improper,the development of the industry is not standardized,and the employees are inadequate.Based on the current development of Lingyun tea culture tourism,the thesis puts forward the solving measures from government,market,social organizations and individuals four aspects to promote the Lingyun tea culture tourism sustainable development after the analysis of macroeconomic trends and specific reasons.rThe thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter expounds the research 'background,research purpose and significance of Lingyun tea culture tourism,and combs the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second chapter combs the basic concepts and theoretical basis of tea culture tourism,which is well prepared for further research.The third chapter analysis of the basic situation of Lingyun tea culture tourism resources,SWOT analysis was performed according to the survey data and interview data about Lingyun tea culture tourism,and finally to the current development status of the reasons are discussed.The fourth chapter is the focus of the thesis,discusses the Countermeasures of the development of a full range of Lingyun tea culture tourism,including enterprise government measures,enterprise measures,Lingyun tea culture tourism association measures and the employees should do what kind of work.The fifth chapter summarizes the development of Lingyun tea culture tourism,and looks forward to the future development trend and Prospect of Lingyun tea culture tourism.Innovation of the thesis:First,the research angle of view is concrete.Study on some of the more famous tea culture tourism,this study based on Lingyun county is more specific perspective,aims to explore the existing tea culture tourism resources,researches how to develop better.Second,the solution is innovative.This study introduces the concept of social governance,through the government,enterprises,industry associations and individuals to explore the four aspects of the action path,makes the all directional,multi angle and integrated measures.This paper theoretically opposes absolute dominance of the market,and opposes to absolute government dominance,this helps every bodies to clear their own responsibility in small language tour guide,have certain theoretical guiding significance for the study of problems and measures.The need for further in-depth study of the problems:how to integrate all aspects of government,enterprise,small language guides association,guide individuals and other resources and the formation of a long-term mechanism for the reproduction of tea culture research;tourism market norms and Tea Culture Tourism Association responsibilities etc..
