The internal supply chain management,as important part of SCM,is becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises;even deciding company's operation cost and success.To those companies with internal SCM problem,it is critical to deeply study & effectively improve their internal SCM.T company is an automotive components manufacturer.It set up a department named SCM department,which is the driving deparment for internal SCM in T company.The key issue in SCM field at T company is “delivery delay” & “slow moving” meanwhile.The issue is the most serious one in SCM area.This paper takes the key issue as breakthrough point to find out the root cause by case analysis & model contrast.The root casue is order mangement & production planning management problem.With SCM comcept & BPR as theory,this paper considers T company situation and raises the idea of optimization & innovation of internal SCM by optimizing the two driving processing.To optimize order management,it develops order review & confirmation system;to innovate production planning management,it revises the production planning schedule & insert function of commitment with internal customer.The KPIs contrast before & after innovation proves the validity of the optimization & innovation.Consequently,T company would uplift the whole operation efficiency,satisfy customers,thus fulfill the strategy of building long term cooperation with customers.
