Research On Risk And Prevention And Control Strategy Of Cooperative Guarantee Business Of ABC A Branch

In recent years,the bank financial institutions and financing guarantee business cooperation in the emergence of large quantities of risk problems,some enterprises can not return the loan,and private guarantee companies appeared bankruptcy,resulting in a large number of bank bad debts.This paper analyzes the cooperative guarantee business of ABC A branch,and puts forward that the failure to form a perfect risk control system in the cooperation guarantee business of ABC A branch is not in place,the management of cooperative guarantee institution is not in place,the enthusiasm of cooperative guarantee loan is not positive,which is mainly due to the Agricultural Bank of China branch A failed to form a perfect cooperative guarantee risk prevention and control system,the management of cooperation guarantee agency is not doing well,the cooperation guarantee business is not high enthusiasm,and finally put forward the strategy to solve the problems,the establishment of a sound cooperation guarantee risk prevention and control System,improve the management of the guarantee institutions,optimize the cooperation guarantee business assessment mechanism,which can improve risk management system to promote the Agricultural Bank of China branch in cooperation Guarantee business on the business development.
