The last century in the late 70 s,the rapid rise of Japanese enterprises show the enterprise culture to overcome organizational inertia and rigidity,the eradication of deep-seated problems,organization operation system to improve the organizational performance as an important role to the world.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have begun to pay more and more attention to the construction of enterprise culture and put it on a strategic height.China's enterprises to survive and develop,we must absorb and draw on the experience of Japanese enterprise culture,including the world excellent enterprise,its essence,to its dregs,to establish China's own characteristics of the enterprise culture.This paper attempts to use the method of comparative study,from the perspective of corporate culture,introduces the formation,development and characteristics of Chinese and Japanese corporate culture.Describes the practice of the corporate culture in China and Japan in the business philosophy,management style,value view and talent view,especially introduced the Panasonic Corp of Japan,the enterprise culture and the characteristics of Chinese Haier company.Japanese companies emphasize business philosophy,emphasizing the mutually beneficial and win-win coexistence,reflects the company's "letter".In the management of Japanese enterprises attach great importance to risk management,personnel training and team spirit,emphasizing the staff of the enterprise "loyalty",employees and enterprises and employees of the "and"".The Chinese enterprise culture is moving towards the concept of people-oriented,enterprises pay more attention to the results oriented.Compared to Japanese enterprises,Chinese enterprises pay more attention to personal ability and personal contribution to the company,the status of employees is more equal.Through the analysis of the characteristics and similarities and differences between the two countries,and the comparison of the turnover rate,labor productivity and the number of the world's top 500 enterprises in the two countries,the respective advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the construction of enterprise culture in China should learn from the world advanced the concept of corporate culture to improve their management,to form a cohesive people,outside the plastic image of the corporate culture,exert the superiority of the system in China,the construction of innovative enterprise culture,so as to promote enterprise management,improve the enterprises' competitiveness in China.
