A Comparative Study Of Corporate Culture Between China And Russia

After entering the 21 st century,the economy accelerates the process of globalization and the development of internationally close cultural and economic ties.After China's accession to the WTO,trade with other countries continued to grow.In particular,trade cooperation between China and Russia is more extensive.In many areas,China-Russia cooperation has developed steadily.Sino-Russian trade continues to grow,and cultural conflicts in the course of Sino-Russian business operations are increasingly hindering the obstacles to the development of the two countries.Due to the different cultural and historical backgrounds of China and Russia,the corporate culture of China and Russia is quite different.Corporate culture is an integral part of a company's core competencies and shared values.It guides companies to achieve common mission,common goals,shared responsibilities,business operations and business processes.Chinese and Russian corporate cultures have their own unique characteristics and similarities in terms of their characteristics and composition.Although China has a lot of research on corporate culture and Russian research on corporate management,the study on the characteristics and composition of Chinese and Russian corporate culture has not yet appeared,and this article starts from the corporate culture of China and Russia.Firstly,the concepts and literatures related to corporate culture are summarized.Secondly,the cultural characteristics and composition of the two countries are analyzed separately,and their similarities and differences are found out.Finally,examples are compared to select Chinese Haier enterprises and Russia's AUTODIZEL enterprises.Culture is studied.Through the research of this article,we will promote the further development of China and Russia's economy and further promote the economic cooperation between Northeast Asian countries and regions.The development of enterprises between China and Russia will promote the globalization process and the overall economic development.It is very important to say.Through this research,it will help and learn from the management of Russian enterprises.
