Research And Application Of Personnel Selection Aim At Large-scale Government Audit Projects

As the government audit is more and more important to our country's politics and economic activity,the party and the people also put forward higher requirements for the audit.Government audit is facing more and more large audit tasks,such as the economic responsibility audit of provincial and ministerial leaders,tracking audit of national large-scale investment project,etc.Such large government audit projects break the boundary between the internal management of the traditional audit institutions,and they need all the departments to participate in.The original audit project organization and management has does not apply to the current big project audit,beacause industry span of the auditees is greater and they need more professional knowledge,large amount of data.In addition to improve the audit personnel professional competence,how to effectively integrate audit strength and scientific co-ordination auditors is particularly important.Based on the review and analysis of large project audit,factors affecting audit quality and auditors' professional competence,it is concluded that it's necessary and feasible to select person for big government audit project.Then,combining with the analysis of the auditor-general's speech,the interviews of audit office director and auditing bureau chief and the national auditing authority advanced worker deeds,it is concluded that what qualities auditors need to complete government audit project under the new normal and new concept,and forming a of large government audit projects.Hereafter,fixed the former personnel selection index system through expert consultation method.Then,I establish the evaluation index system of large-scale government audit project personnel selection by questionnaire survey,and establish the professional competence database,forming a corresponding matching system.At last,developing a system for personnel selection of large government audit project,providing support for government audit big project personnel selection problem.
