Performance evaluation can effectively improve the overall work efficiency of enterprises,help to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise,but also can find the current problems,to find out the causes and countermeasures,promote enterprise employees work ability and work efficiency.The current our country many enterprise has its own performance appraisal system,but the performance the assessment system of the effect is not very ideal,the main reason is that these companies moved hard to some established performance appraisal system,and not according to the enterprise actual development of performance appraisal index and content,can not help in the development of enterprises.This article from the strategic target of SS swimwear company of eyes Standard management theory,through the questionnaire survey in the SS based swimwear company performance appraisal methods and the existing problems,SS swimwear company tailored a set of perfect KPI performance appraisal system,to improve the company's overall performance level and achieve the strategic goal of service.This study mainly consists of six parts: the first chapter: introduction.The introduction of the research background and research significance of the paper,and introduces the research status and performance appraisal research process,and summarized the research methods and writing ideas;the second chapter: This paper is the related theory research.According to the performance appraisal theories and methods of current were discussed,providing a theoretical basis for this paper writing;the third chapter: research and analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal of SS company.Through the combined method of questionnaires and interviews,a survey of the present situation of performance appraisal of SS company,analyzes the current existence of the principal To the problem;Chapter Four: SS KPI performance evaluation system optimization design,this chapter puts forward the principles and ideas of the performance appraisal system design,preliminary design of each level of KPI index and weight,the final will be a performance evaluation system based on KPI in SS company,the sales staff performance appraisal application.Chapter 5: performance the implementation scheme and feedback feedback scheme.The implementation of SS company mainly KPI performance appraisal system and the evaluation results are presented in this paper.Chapter 6: conclusion and prospect.The main contribution of the optimized KPI performance appraisal system of SS company,and introduced in the paper Some questions and prospects for the future?...
