Nowadays performance management has been recognized as one of most efficient methods to improve the management of enterprises. Whatever the size of one company is, it will adopt performance management in its operation. Performance management exerts more and more influence on the development of enterprises. The performance estimate has been the key and difficult aspect of human management. At present, in the field of enterprise management, the study on it has been systematic, thorough and mature,and its theory has been a great guidance to the practice.S Design Corporation as a knowledge-intensive professional design company to survive in the competitive market development, it must establish an effective performance appraisal system to objectively measure and evaluate design performance, the design staff for mobilizing the initiative of creating core competitiveness of the S Design Corporation has practical significance.This first study of the performance evaluation, knowledge-based staff performance appraisal theory, for a thesis on the theory platform ;Further, the survey describes the S Design Corporation of staff performance evaluation, such as appraisal of the contents of a single, strong subjective evaluation, appraisal purpose is not clear, the lack of instructions of strategy ; for evaluation of the major issues, this paper studies designed S Design Corporation staff performance appraisal indicator, focusing on include: the indicator system construction, evaluation and determine the weights, the standards of the evaluation .The paper design the process of the index system construct for designers in S design company, the system constructed the process synthesis to utilize the KPI,the 360°Feedback and so on. the research has been studied thoroughly.
