With the continuous development of economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In this case,companies can only create their unmatched competitiveness in order to survive in the rat race.In the rapid development of information technology today,especially the emergence of e-commerce,the traditional retail industry has suffered a huge impact.Thus,the traditional retail industry has begun to use modern information technology to improve their overall competitiveness,no matter what,the promotion of technology is only a means,but the staffs sense of identity,loyalty to the enterprise are the key to solve the problem.Therefore,this paper will take YZ retail store as a case to study the company's identity of employees and its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for how to build a cooperative,pragmatic and efficient team of employees for the company.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and case investigation and analysis methods,taking YZ retail store as the case to analyze the staff's organizational identification and its influence factors,besides the first chapter introduction,the basal logic structure and the main content is:The first part(the second chapter)is the theoretical basis.First of all,this paper defines the relevant core concepts,including organizational identification,department store and its characteristics.Then,it introduces the relevant theories of employee's organizational identification,including human resource 5P model,demand hierarchy theory,two factor theory,Benjamin Schneider culture model and so on.Finally,on the basis of the above theory,summed up the main factors that influence the employees'organizational identification,including self development view of the employees,labor contract and welfare,the identity to the enterprise culture and working environment etc..The second part(Chapter 3-4)is a case study on the employees' organizational identification and its influencing factors of YZ retail store.Among them,the third chapter introduces the general situation of YZ retail store;then through the investigation of 346 employees in YZ retail store,from the personal positioning and the realization of self value,pay and reward,three aspects to describe the current situation of employee identity;Finally,from the four dimensions of cognition,emotion,evaluation and behavior,the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the status of the staffs organizational identification of YZ retail store.The fourth chapter,on the basis of general factors questionnaire survey data and the general influencing factors to employee's organizational identification concluded in the second chapter,from human resources management(such as salary management,performance appraisal,labor relations,etc.)and personal(such as age,marital status,education level and job level,distribution and balance between work and life and work etc.)(such as enterprise culture,daily management methods)three aspects discussed the main influence factors of YZ retail store employee's organizational identification including:human resource management,individual level,job level,and the daily management methods and corporate culture.The third part(the fifth chapter)is the suggestions of how to improve the organizational identification which is concluded according to the influence factors of the YZ retail store in the fourth chapter.Include:first,improve the human resources management related work.Second,adjust the daily work of staff.Third,optimize site management related work.Fourth,to further strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.The innovation of this paper is:(1)trying to take organizational identification as a line to connect human resource management,daily management methods and the construction of enterprise culture and so on targeted to solve the problem of the actual management.(2)the daily management of YZ retail store is analyzed and summarized,and a new method of management of labor contract is discussed.
