Promoted by technological innovation and consumption upgrading,the retail industry has changed dramatically in the past decade from traditional offline retailing to pure e-commerce and then to a new full-channel retail service mode that integrates online and offline operations.Under the background of new retail service,K enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the baking industry.How to achieve win-win situation between enterprises and customers with the focus of customers has a strong correlation with the performance of store employees.Therefore,in the context of new retail services,it is of practical significance to study K company's store staff performance management for improving the current level of store staff performance,improving the company's service process and creating enterprise performance value.This paper combines the domestic and foreign new retail service theory research and retail enterprise performance management research results for correlation analysis,K company's store staff performance management has been systematically studied.First of all,in the study of new retail service mode,we summarize the outstanding benchmarking enterprise performance management experience.Secondly,taking K company as the research object,this paper makes a preliminary investigation on the existing performance situation,and then analyses the current situation and existing problems of K company's performance management.Thirdly,through the analysis of K company's strategic objectives,the main potential customers are surveyed by market questionnaire to understand the competitiveness,and the SWOT analysis of K company is made,and the result of opportunity point is obtained.Then,based on the background of new retail service and SWOT analysis,the performance index system of K company store staff is constructed.Finally,in order to implement the index system well,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation strategy of K company store staff performance management.On the basis of relevant analysis and taking K Company as the research object,this paper puts forward the performance index system and guarantee implementation strategy of store employees in baking industry based on the improvement of new retail service capacity,which provides human resources support for K Company's long-term operation and management,and strategic human resources decision-making reference for enterprise's long-term development.It also provides some reference for the performance management of other enterprises in the industry.
