Since the reform of the economic system,the development of China's financial industry is relatively stable.Compared with other financial markets of the developed countries,China's securities and futures industry is still in the early stages of development.The contradiction between customer demand and the company's product service supply has become increasingly prominent.The fierce market competition led to the homogenization.The paper selects H futures brokerage company as study object to give a deep research on China's securities and futures industry,and H futures company's development,and adopts theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and TOWS analysis.H futures brokerage firm should focus on the development of customer management.Customer-centric is not only the company's business philosophy,but should be effectively run through the provision of business brokering services completely.H futures brokerage company should diversify the needs of customers as the starting point,improve customer service satisfaction and customer loyalty,abandon the extensive growth mode of "concentrating on new customers,looking down active customers",consider how to enhance customers stickiness,and reduce customer churn rate.Through the analysis of H futures company,we found that the company has a good social reputation and a professional market research team.The company should seize the new media market opportunities to provide more professional asset risk management and risk warning system to customers.H futures should improve the customer service of call center.The clear goal to H futures companies is to establish long-term interaction between company and customers,enhance customer loyalty and maximize the interests of customers and company.Based on this research,some constructive suggestions would be offered to customer relationship management of H futures company.
