In recent years,along with the advance of China’s paper industry and environmental protection consciousness enhancement,the modern paper mill is expanding to all over the world In the face of complicated international and domestic environment and competition status,lean production and market development is undoubtedly the two will be the only way,it also to many paper supplier how to improve the market competitiveness,put forward higher request of improving customer loyalty Y paper company also face the same bottleneck in the ongoing technological innovation and green environment under the premise of how to improve the loyalty of customers,in order to achieve maximum customer retention is an important problem facing the current enterprise This study is based on Y paper company customer loyalty promotion strategy research,first of all,based on ming-liang Chen(2003).Put forward the theory of customer loyalty model as a theoretical basis for Y paper company customer loyalty promotion strategy,determine the four factors that affect customer loyalty,the customer trust and customer satisfaction,customer perceived value transfer cost,and design the Y paper company customer loyalty questionnaire,secondly collect questionnaire and statistics,the result of the data by factor analysis Correlation analysis Analytical means such as regression analysis to draw Y paper company problems and the reasons of the customer loyalty,gain four dimensions and that there was a positive correlation between the customer loyalty and customer perceived value and customer satisfaction are the important factors that affect customer loyalty,according to the results of data analysis for the design of new improving customer loyalty schemes,one is to enhance customer perceived value,the main strategy High paper product stability,improve paper product delivery speed;The second is to increase the customer transfer cost,the main strategies are: to build transfer barriers,optimize the transaction process;Third,to improve customer satisfaction,the main strategies are: improve staff service attitude and business level,improve the efficiency of paper customer complaints processing;The fourth is to enhance customer trust,the main strategies are: strengthen the interaction with downstream customers,improve the company’s brand image building,etc.,to enhance the customer loyalty of Y paper company to provide a series of effective suggestions and strategies.
