Spatio-Temporal Evolution And Convergence Analysis Of Inclusive Development Of New Urbanization In Anhui Province

The concept of inclusive development is the guidance of the development of China’s new urbanization in the future.Based on the review of theory and the grasp of the characteristics of the times,this paper explores the source basis and theoretical framework of the inclusive development of new urbanization,and further builds a comprehensive evaluation index system for the inclusive development level of new urbanization.Anhui Province and the cities from 2006 to 2015 were studied to measure the comprehensive scores of the inclusive development level of new urbanization and the three subsystems including quality improvement-equalization services-sustainable development,and to analyze the temporal variation and spatial differentiation of the inclusive development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province and each city,and to discuss the regional convergence of the inclusive development level of new urbanization in Anhui,North Anhui,Middle of Anhui and South Anhui.The specific is as follows:Firstly,the entropy method was used to measure the comprehensive score of the inclusive development level of new urbanization and the three subsystems in Anhui Province and each city.The results show that the overall level of inclusive development of new urbanization in Anhui Province has been improved continuously,and the comprehensive score of the three subsystems has also shown an upward trend.For the municipal level,the change trend of inclusive development level of new urbanization and the comprehensive scores of the three sub-systems change is multiple.The regional gap is obvious.The scores of the inclusive development level of new urbanization,the quality promotion and the equalization service subsystems show a declining trend from South Anhui,Middle Anhui to North Anhui.The scores of sustainable development subsystem show a declining trend from Middle Anhui,South Anhui to North Anhui.Secondly,the exploratory spatial analysis method was used to study the spatial distribution and agglomeration effect of the inclusive development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2015.The results show that the overall Moran index of the inclusive development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2015 shows an upward trend,indicating that the degree of spatial aggregation is increasing and the spatial dependence is increasing.Seen from the local area,the inclusive development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province showed significant non-equilibrium spatial distribution characteristics.South Anhui showed H-H gather.Wuhu,Maanshan,Xuancheng and Chizhou became the central area of geographical agglomeration.The northern Anhui region showed L-L clustering spatial distribution characteristics that takes Fuyang-Bengbu as the core,in which a certain polarization phenomenon occured.Thirdly,the convergence model was used to analyze the σ convergence,absolute β convergence and condition β convergence of the new urbanization’s inclusive development level in Anhui Province and the three regions from 2006 to 2015.The results show that a phased σ convergence or divergence trend appeared in Anhui Province and the three regions.The differences in the inclusive development level of the new urbanization in the three regions are as follows: Middle of Anhui Province exceeds South Anhui,and South Anhui exceeds North Anhui.There is an absolute β convergence in the new urbanization’s inclusive development level in Anhui Province and the three regions.The level of each city tends to a common steady state.Under the condition of single control and multiple control variables,the level of the inclusive development of new urbanization in Anhui Province and the three regions has the condition β convergence,and different variables have different convergence influences.In order to promote the inclusive development of new urbanization in Anhui Province,it is necessary to speed up the harmonization of inclusive development of new urbanization and regional differentiation,and improve the policy system.
