Sustainability Analysis And Management Zoning Of Cultivated Land Use

Land use sustainable evaluation is an im portant research content of sustainable development in the f ield of land science.Northeast China Plain,as China's largest commodity grain production base,has been gradually consolidated by soil,thinning of soil,and soil adhesion.High intensity tillage,unitary planting,unscientific fertilization and soil erosion m ake the pr oductivity of cultivated land in Northeast China gradually decrease,and the s tatus of grain granary in China is facing severe challenges,and the study of sustainable utilization of black land is imminent.This paper,based on the actual utiliz ation of local m anagement,takes the administrative village as an evalu ation unit,and carries out a small scale static evaluation of the current capacity of sustainable utilization of cultivated land from six aspects: resources supply,production stability,soil and water conservation,utilization rationality,economic feasibility and social accep tability;and the township as the evaluation unit,In the three aspects of production,ecology and society,the dynamic index system for evaluating th e sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Township scale is con structed,and the ind exes which are easy to o perate and facilitate th e quantitative research are selected,and th e dynamic evaluation of the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Hailun,Heilongjiang province is carried out.The results showed:(1)At present,the sustainability of cultivated land in Hailun city is at a medium level overall,and its distribution shows a good spatial consistency with the natural quality of cultivated land.The resources supply and production stability are both high in the West and low in the East,and in the southern part of the torn loess region and in the northern soil,the soil and water conservation is poor.The rationality of the cultivated land use is not good for the single cr op planting and the sparse forest net of the farmland.The rice yield along the river v illage is high,the economic feasibility and the society are social.Strong acceptability.(2)Most villages and towns belong to the production of sustainable decline type,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients rise,organic matter content and pH are(3)worth decreasing.There are great dif ferences in the types of ecological sustainability,showing a trend of erosi on reduction and increas ing pollution.Social sustainability shows a declin e in the west,and the trend of increase in the East is related to the decrease of rural labor force and the low incom e of farmers in Western China.(4)The coupling degree of the three s ubsystems of production,ecology and society in Hailun's villages and towns is in the antagonistic period.The developm ent of social econom y exerts great pressu re on the agricultural production and the ecosystem.The coordination degree is in the stage of m oderate coupling to high coupling.The production capac ity and ecological environm ent carrying capacity of cultivated land are s till within the range,which can be accepted in a short time,and scientific planning should be made in time.The sustainable utilization capacity of cultivated land and its dynam ic change types were m atched in space,and the arab le land in Hailu n was divid ed into four kinds: production protection t ype,adjustment type,ecological conservation type and regulation improvement type.According to the coupling coordination degree analysis,the suggestions for the utilization of cultivated land in the villages and towns were put forward.The production protection type a dopts the management means of applying organic manure and the anti freeze of irrigation and drainage facilities;the adjustment type of cultivation is carri ed out with no tillage f arming system to im prove the planting proportion of land raising crops;th e ecological conservation type increases water protection and farm land windproof barrier system to reduce water eros ion and wind erosion,and the regulation and im provement type should be based on its short board.Reasonable deployment,soil pollution remediation,and promotion of farmland conversion garden and other agricultural sightseeing parks.
