Research On The Construction Path Of "The Belt And The Road" Initiative In The View Of Marxist Globalization Theory

The world has entered the deep stage of globalization,and the world economy continues to be depressed,the international order and the world pattern have undergone profound changes.The world is in urgent need of the new economic growth point to lead the recovery.It is in urgent need of the community of equality and mutual benefit to resist the risk,and it is in urgent need of a fair and reasonable global governance scheme.Since September and October 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping has successively proposed the “The Belt and Road” initiative,“The Belt and Road” has become China's internal and external development strategy.International governance proposed the "China program." The "One Belt and One Road" initiative has now entered the implementation phase.There have been a lot of achievements in the political,economic,and cultural areas,but at the same time it is also facing challenges that urgently need to be resolved.Marx's theory of globalization is an important part of Marx's materialism theory.It is the world outlook and methodology of Marx's interpretation of the development of world history.It is a theoretical weapon to guide the Communist Party of China to promote reform and opening up and to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.For our construction of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind,the construction of "The Belt and Road" has important meaning and value.This article studies the theory of Marxist globalization and outlines the theory of globalization of Marxist classical writers and the theory of globalization of Marxism in China.It elaborates on the theories of world history,economic globalization,theory of opening up,and the theory of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind.This article expounded and briefly summarized the formation and development of the “Belt and Road”,which laid the theoretical and practical foundation for the analysis of the construction path.Then it analyzed the current situation of the “One Belt and One Road” initiative in three aspects of politics,economy,and culture,summed up the three paths of “One Belt and One Road” construction at the present stage,that is,communication with high-level policies mainly in politics,and local communication as auxiliary;The economy is mainly based on infrastructure construction,supplemented by economic and trade exchanges;culture is mainly based on official activities of both parties,supplemented by non-governmental activities,and a large number of cases and data are used in the analysis to illustrate the status of construction of “One Belt and One Road” in different regions.At the same time,it analyzes the challenges of the “One Belt and One Road” approach and lays the foundation for the following measures to propose a sound path.It sums up the three aspects of the lack of political mutual trust affecting communication,unbalanced economic and trade exchanges,and limited access to cultural communication.Challenge and analyze its specific reasons.Through the above summary of the Marxist globalization theory and the analysis of the “One Belt and One Road” initiative,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)To integrate the “One Belt and One Road” into world history to achieve political mutual trust,including the cooperation based on the “win-win” concept,the realization of the “open” concept,and the “community” as the future direction;(2)The use of socialist production methods to balance the world economy in order to achieve economic integration,including the commitment of major countries to share their construction experience,balance capital output,and achieve win-win cooperation;(3)Laying the foundation of culture for the a Community of Shared Future for Mankind to achieve cultural inclusion,including: spreading the Chinese voice to establish the right to speak internationally and establishing a common value to form a value community;(4)Spread the concept of ecological civilization and build a sustainable green “Belt and Road”,which specifically includes the protection of common environmental interests and the dissemination of the concept of ecological civilization.
