Research On The Information Management And Service Mode Of The Rural Floating Population In Suburban Countryside Urbanization In Gushan Town,Fuzhou City

With the accelerated development process of city expansion,the rural areas of the urban fringe are gradually developing into the urban and rural junction,the former peasants are unable to continue farming due to the land levy.And then they transformed into employment business,entrepreneurship.With the influx of migrant workers,they have another source of income,rental housing.However,because of the relative backwardness of regional hardware facilities,uneven quality of personnel and the weakening of public order and vulgar effect,etc,urban-rural fringe population management confusion,to a certain extent influence the urban construction,which in turn cannot for farmers to expand employment space and increase income in the new period to create a safe and orderly environment for development.It severely impedes the urbanization of rural areas and directly influences the overall planning of industrialization,population urbanization and agricultural modernization in China.With the advance of the urbanization process,urban development areas in the sensitive location of the combination,the social security situation is not optimistic,criminality,police tention,backward alarming,the management of the floating population is loose and a series of problems affect the local combat power and control.Therefore,how to construct an advanced information management system and mode that adapt to the change of social situation is a major topic at present.On the basis of 16 villages,10 communities,1 investment district of Fuzhou City,Jinan District Gushan town,collecting the relevant data,analysis of Gushan police station "control system" and rental housing"hotel type","property type" management mode,"Internet plus professional " mode of the implementation status and existing problems,respectively from the government actions,like development,promotion,financial assistance and supervision.From the resident demand and village practice,analyze the influencing factors of the Village City and floating population management and service,explore the urbanization of the rural city.Meanwhile,according to the empirical analysis conclusion,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional policing model in the management of rental housing and floating population,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different information management and service modes,This article from the policy,technology,personnel protection and equipment support,and so on,put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures to improve the management and service of urban floating population,so as to provide reference for the implementation of the integration of urban and rural areas.
