Staff job satisfaction and staff quality of work,work efficiency are closely related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises have an important impact.Employees are satisfied with all aspects of the work,will be willing to work hard for the development of enterprises,to the enterprise to bring better economic benefits;lack of satisfaction with the work will be negative and perfunctory attitude to face work,enthusiasm and creativity will be greatly reduced,A direct impact on enterprise production efficiency.Therefore,research on employee job satisfaction play an important role to the enterprise’s own development..This study firstly applies the literature theory analysis,the actual visit investigation,the questionnaire analysis and other methods to the H chemical company employees satisfaction in the investigation and study,according to the survey of influence H chemical company employee job satisfaction scores six aspects to carry on the data analysis and cross analysis,these six aspects are leadership and management,salary and welfare,performare evaluation,personal development,teamwork,work environment.And then through the analysis of each factor score results,found that cause low H chemical company employee job satisfaction some problems,mainly displays in salary and welfare slightly low,unreasonable system of performance appraisal standard is not clear,staff promotion is difficult,can’t learn knowledge,improve the self.Then,the related countermeasures and Suggestions for improving employee satisfaction are presented.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of the measures to improve employee satisfaction,several safeguards are put forward:organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and financial security.The innovation of this study point mainly include:the first dimension have been put forward for the H chemical company work environment comprehensive analysis,considering the particularity of the chemical industry,the concrete content includes:the company provides a very good office conditions,company has a strict schedule system,the company has clear provisions for commuting,the company provides the necessary working facilities,the company’s overall air quality standards,the company’s production safety facilities in place."The company’s overall air quality standard" and "the company’s production safety facilities in place" the two problems on the analysis of the chemical company employee’s job satisfaction study is few.The second provides a new theoretical perspective for the study of employee satisfaction in the chemical industry in small and medium-sized enterprises.The paper takes H chemical company of chemical industry as an example to carry out investigation,research and evaluation.It laid a foundation for further investigation of employee satisfaction in chemical industry.Third paper related factors of affecting H chemical company employee satisfaction has carried on the transverse(crosswise comparison various factors)and the longitudinal comparison of various factors(cross),more clearly recognize the H chemical company,in line with the actual conditions of employee satisfaction,status and found that there is a problem to survey the employee satisfaction provides strong data support and theoretical support.
