The 20 th report points out that agriculture is the stepping stone to stabilizing the social economy. With the development of society, the value of land is becoming more and more obvious,so it is particularly important to promote the rational utilization of land resources. In order to realize agricultural modernization and promote large-scale agricultural operations,China is constantly exploring and promoting land reform. However, because the spontaneous circulation of farmers in China is mostly based on geography and kinship, the range is narrow and the scale is small. In addition, the current incomplete marketization of agricultural land transfer can only be involved in the work of agricultural land transfer,so as to promote large-scale agricultural operations and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. In this paper, the "customer satisfaction theory" is taken as the theoretical starting point to establish the questionnaire to investigate the degree of satisfaction and influencing factors of farmers in grass-roots organizations.Selection in Guizhou farmland circulation market development of Guiyang City and Anshun City some jurisdiction as a research area, through one-on-one interviews with farmers, understanding the personal characteristics of local farmers, the endowment of family population resources, family contracted farmland related situation, farmland circulation and how farmers view grassroots organizations involved in farmland circulation, clarifying grassroots intervention after the current problems. And analyze the specific factors affecting farmer satisfaction through Logistic model regression and IPA model,The following conclusions are drawn:(1)a large number of farmers have the demand for agricultural land transfer;(2)compared with the spontaneous circulation of individual farmers, the economic benefit will be higher;(3)farmers’ satisfaction with the involvement of grassroots organizations,It has nothing to do with endogenous factors such as gender, age, education or whether they are party members,More depends on the grassroots organization involved in a variety of exogenous factors;(4)the overall satisfaction of farmers with the involvement of grassroots organizations in farmland transfer is at the level of "satisfaction",high average satisfaction rate;(5)The significant factors affecting farmers ’satisfaction are mainly manifested in the respect of farmers’ wishes, the level of agricultural land transfer rent, the timely transfer of funds, and the stability of signing contracts. In view of the above problems, the author believes that in order to improve farmers’ satisfaction with organizational intervention,it is necessary to improve the behavior of organizational intervention,so that farmers can truly feel that the organization is involved in safeguarding farmers’ interests in all aspects and provide high-quality services for themselves. In addition,it also suggests that local governments should strengthen the supervision and management of grass-roots intervention in the transfer of agricultural land, such as establishing the appropriate grass-roots intervention work and supervision mechanism,so as to better play the important role of grass-roots organizations in gathering land resources and improving the benefits of agricultural scale.
