Study On Evaluation And Optimization Strategies Of Integration Industries And Towns In Small Towns Of Southern

Review of the construction of small towns,many small towns emphasize industry is the driving force of urban development,and highly pursuing industry,especially the development of secondary production."Production revitalization of the city development,Industrial Parks Promote Urban Development" has become a typical model of the development of small towns in the eastern coastal areas.However,this excessive pursuit of the development of the secondary industry development path raised a lot of problems,such as urban land loss control,lack of supporting services,migrant workers social problems,this phenomenon is particularly evident in southern Jiangsu.With the development of new urbanization connotation and the rise of the concept of integration of the city,the urgent need to further consider the industrial development,urban construction,social integration and other deep-seated problems.Recalling the current research on small towns,scholars have payed more attention to urban-level industry and urban integration,and paying little attention to the integration of towns and towns,however the development of town-town relations in small towns is not only a one-way relationship between industry and town,but also has an inseparable relationship with space,society and environment.The "interconnection" relationship between town and town is embodied in the integration and balance of multiple factors.Therefore,how to effectively enhance the benign interaction of the small towns' industry and towns and enhance the degree of integration of small towns to solve the problem of imbalance between cities and towns,is the starting point of this study.In this paper,based on the concept of integration between the town and the town to establish a research framework,select the typical case of southern Jiangsu to carry out small towns town and town integration research,has a good theoretical and application value.First of all,based on the developed areas of southern Jiangsu and the development of small towns in southern Jiangsu and the related theories of the integration of cities and towns,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the integration of small towns in southern Jiangsu and explores the interaction between industries and towns.Secondly,the five small towns in Jintan District are selected as the typical cases,and the measures of specific indexes are further tested and confirmed with the actual situation.Finally,this paper summarizes the factors that influence the integration of towns and towns in small towns,and puts forward the development countermeasures in a targeted way to explore the integration model and strategy research of small towns in southern Jiangsu,so as to explore new ideas for the construction of small towns and provide the current urban development Learn from.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Four stages of development of the integration of towns and towns: the initial stage of separation of the town and the town,the town will intensify the stage of separation,the initial integration stage of the town and the town,and the ecological integration stage.(2)The comprehensive evaluation index system of the integration of small cities and towns in southern Jiangsu is divided into four levels: industrial integration,spatial integration,social integration and environmental integration.(3)The application of the empirical system of the index system and verification: Jintan District,five small towns: straight town,Xuebu town,Rulin town,Zhu Linzhen and the former town.(4)Carry out the development of urban and rural integration optimization strategy research,through the analysis of the case,the index system analysis of the factors affecting the integration of production and town,and then put forward the optimization strategy.
