Research On Operation Fund Management Based On Channel Theory Of CH Company

An enterprise wants to survive and sustainable development,capital chain in which plays an irreplaceable role.The management of working capital is the core of enterprise capital chain management,working capital is in a good state of operation is necessary to maintain the survival and development of a company.Since the research field for working capital management concept in the academic circles of our country since the study generally focus on the content of the working capital ratio optimization,always stay in "headache medicine head,foot medical"level,and not for the operation of funds review of management for the complete system of management.However,in recent years with the related concepts of channel relationship and supply chain theory to the researchers and business staffs view,the methods for enterprise downstream channel integration management is gradually applied to the management of working capital.China's household electrical appliance manufacturing industry has been ranked in the world rankings,the huge population has brought enormous market demand.However,as China's economic environment into the new normal,fierce competition in the market for China's household electrical appliance manufacturing enterprises have brought considerable challenges.In the process of competing for the market,the industry was in a period of trying to beat each other rivals,so some have large scale,market share is very high the enterprises are facing the serious problem of overcapacity,lack of funds.Because of the characteristics of the industry,manufacturing enterprises need a large amount of capital flow in their daily operation activities,so the management of working capital appears to be very important in the management system of the household electrical appliance manufacturing industry.The way of working capital management has developed rapidly in recent years since it has been integrated into the theory of channel relationship,but the research on practical problems is still relatively small.In this paper,after the introduction of channel theory combined with the capital management theory,the actual situation of home appliance manufacturing enterprise CH company as a case,the working capital management of the evaluation,problem analysis,problem solving,in between the theoretical and practical cases to build a bridge for home appliance manufacturing industry improved the effectiveness of working capital management play a part.
