| With the global warming intensifies,Arctic and Arctic sea ice melting rate continues to accelerate, the use of Arctic routes and even commercial operations is expected to achieve. As the node of the route, the relationship between the port and the route is very close, and the use of the Arctic route will also have an impact on the world’s major ports. However, the Arctic route will not have a positive impact on all ports, only some ports will enhance competitiveness due to the use of Arctic routes, while the others will be relatively reduced status. This article uses quantitative methods to evaluate the competitiveness of China’s Arctic Ports. This article analyzes the competitiveness of China’s coastal ports under the influence of Arctic route.First of all, this paper summarizes the current research situation of Arctic route and port evaluation at home and abroad, and analyzes the natural condition and navigation situation of Arctic route.Secondly, based on the assumption that the Arctic route is used on the whole, this paper puts forward the Arctic Port concept. And in this paper, the basic definition index is the total import and export trade, the competitive index is the shortening rate of the voyage, route density, foreign trade container throughput and port oil and gas throughput.According to the above indicators screened China Arctic Route Ports. Then, from the 3 aspects of attraction ability, carrying capacity and development ability, the competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed. This paper uses port data, urban economic data and national policy indicators, combined with Entropy-Topsis method to evaluate China’s Arctic port, then use k-means clustering analysis method to divide China’s Arctic ports into 3 levels. Finally, put forward China Arctic Route Port development proposals based on the analysis results. |
