The higher consumption rate of electronic products, short life cycles, and few repair options have led to the growing global e-waste.As recycling activities are out of sync with the growth rate of global e-waste,the waste of e-waste resources and environmental pollution are increasingly concerned by governments and people around the world. With the continuous development of the "Internet +" recycling model, many e-commerce recycling platforms continue to emerge in the recycling market. These recycling platforms have gradually become an important force in the field of electronic waste recycling, which is important for the efficient recycling and legal disposal of electronic waste. In addition, given that the current recycling market belongs to paid recycling, the quality of the recycling pricing strategy for electronic waste products can have the most direct impact on recycling efficiency. Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the pricing of electronic waste products based on e-commerce platforms to improve the market competitiveness of recycling platforms and reduce the recycling costs of recycling platform companies. The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Order strategy optimization for recycling platform companies and remanufacturers. In order to study the ordering strategies of recycling platform companies and remanufacturers,a Stackelberg game model with recycling platform companies as leaders and remanufacturers as followers was constructed.According to the characteristics of the game model, the noncooperative game process is transformed into a process in which different growth points of plants compete with each other in the solution space to obtain more light sources, and a simulated plant growth algorithm is designed to solve the model. The general algorithm idea based on PGSA is used to solve the Stackelberg game model, which provides a new idea for the solution of the Stackelberg game model.(2)Recyclers’ pricing for recycling electronic waste products.Based on the perishable characteristics of electronic waste products,in order to achieve the minimization of the recovery cost of the recycling platform enterprises and the rationalization of the inventory level, this paper is driven by the order demand of downstream remanufacturers and based on the supply rate of the consumer market to establish a nonlinear programming model for recycling pricing of waste products.According to the characteristics of the model,an auxiliary function is constructed, and an improved simulating plant growth algorithm based on chaotic sequence and mixed step size is designed to solve the model. The pricing of e-waste products driven by the demand for downstream orders provides a new direction for the pricing of e-waste products.(3)Shadow price calculation of recycled component resources. In order to analyze the profit structure of recycling platform enterprises in the production cycle,by solving the shadow price of recycled resources, the profit structure of enterprises is analyzed according to the Pareto law,and the structure of recycled resources is adjusted.Extend the application of shadow price to the calculation of the cost price of electronic waste components, helping recycling enterprises to solve the problem of difficulty in determining the cost of component resources. This paper starts from the actual recycling, operation and resale of electronic waste products, grasps the practical problems faced in real business, and conducts differentiated pricing based on the actual downstream demand and the supply in the consumer market. The shadow price calculation model reflects the actual cost value of recycled resources in enterprise recycling production activities to the greatest extent, and makes up for the lack of determination of the cost price of recycled resources in previous studies. It provides guidance and support for the pricing and decision-making of recycling platform enterprises.
