With Global Economic Integration entering Historical turning point,the new around of technological revolution and industrial renewal are stepping into historical intersection.Meanwhile,China's economy is undergoing a new phase of transformation,facing the fierce competition in the politics,economics and technologies.The key of seizing market oppourtunity is to acquire core technolog and key technology,especially pilot strategical High-Tech field,which will be the new engine for China's continual growth.Research institutions takes major role in the promoting China's scientific development,takes great responsibility for invoking economic development by research and development,undertakes th miss of securing national security by the science and technolgoy,as the important part of the system of our country's scientific and technological innovation system.Even though Rearch institute is main body of national innovation,researchers are the source of innovative thoughts,executor of creative activities and promoter of creative activities.The key of promoting the creativity of Research Institutions are to invoke the creative potential of researcher and strenthen passion for creative activity of researcher in the purpose of high performance of creativity.Therefore,the management following basic need of researcher for pomoting corresponding creativity emerges,combined with pychological factor like Self-expectation for Creativity and Felt responsibility for contructive change Creative,as the times require.In the paper takes 196 researchers in the Shanghai S Research Insititution as subject for studying individual basic needs' influcing on researcher's creative behavior by the supervisor-subordinate paired questionnaire.Simultaneously,the two variables,self-expectaion for creativity and felt responsibility for constructive change,will be taken mediator in both's relation.Firstly,to specifically analyze the needs from four dimensions based on the analysis of relevant articles from home and abroad and theory of authority,building model of different needs influencing creative behavior.Secondly,to analyze the mediating effect of Self-expecatiton for creativity and felt responsibility for creativity in the relation between basic needs and creative behavior.Finally,to analyze data by SPSS linear model by paired questionnaires by describiton analysis,validity and reliability analysis,factor of population statistic variables and correlation analysis in the purpose of studying the variables relation.Basing on it,it will provide the suggestion in the management and incentive mechanism.It is found that need of dominace and need of achievement are positively related to researchers' creative behaviors,and Self-expecatiton for creativity as mediates the relationship between these two needs and creative behaviors.Another one conclusion is that need of affilication and need of automomy are not positively related to researchers' creative behaviors,but Self-expecatiton for creativity and felt responsibility for creativty as intermediate the relationship between need and creative behaviors.On the basis of the above analysis,combined with the actual status of S research institution and domestic scientific research institution,the suggestion is concluded.For the researcher having need of dominance and achievement,it encourages initiative consciousness and creative behavior for creativity promotion.And increasing self-expectation for creativity are power measure for promoting.Initiativity will be the core for the managing policy.For researcher having need of affliation and autonomy,the group is not willing to initiativly innovate and would take action in creativity by the effection of self-expection and responsibility.Thus,the responsibility development and material environmental supporting for developing responsibility will be core for managing policy for this group.And expectation for creativity should be another one key in the policy-making.Therefore,the paper will give the effective suggestion and measures for improving researcher's creativity from three angles:basic need of themselves,incentive mechanisim of Research Institue and Creative Culture construction basing on the category of different needs.
