Study On The Information Service Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry Products In Baotou

In today's modern production methods,the knowledge economy as well as the rapid development of Internet technology,the development of agriculture is more and more inseparable from the information services support.And information technology,regarded as a kind of necessary resources,which is organically integrated into the agricultural production,is the main stream of the development of agriculture.From "twelfth five-year" to "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in",the party and the state has been emphasizing the development of agricultural informatization,demanding for agricultural economic benefit,strengthening the construction of agricultural informatization foundation,and raising the scientific and technological quality of agriculture and animal husbandry products and their added value.Especially on the supply side in the spring breeze of reform,vigorously carry out the public information service,to the informationization promoting agricultural science and technology,promote the development of agricultural industrialization,is particularly urgent.Baotou is the key city for the farming industry in inner Mongolia autonomous region.The agriculture and animal husbandry products are diverse in kinds with large quantity.But due to the low level of informatization,it often leads to the problems of unmanned harvest of these large number of agricultural products and the pouring of a lot of milk,which seriously restricts the sustainable and healthy development of the farming and animal husbandry in Baotou.To dissolve the unsalable problem,the information service is a major breakthrough.At present,in the agriculture information service in Baotou city,it's mainly the government-led,enterprises and farmers and herdsmen to participate in the way of establishing information service.Although in recent years the basis of the construction and development process,has initially established a "last one kilometer" of agriculture information service,but due to the geographical factors,cultural factors,economic factors,such as in farming and animal husbandry products information on supply and demand,supply and demand information asymmetry,there is still a market imbalance and other issues.This paper applies the theories in four aspects,which are the agricultural information productivity,the public goods,the information demand levels in agriculture and animal husbandry as well as the regional development.Based on the carding of the present situation of information service of Baotou agricultural products,this paper analyzed the current defects and operation difficulties of agricultural information service in the city.By drawing on the experience of constructing information service for agricultural and animal husbandry products in the United States,Germany,Japan and Israel,with the established service,the improvement of information service led by government and the promotion of the agricultural product information service by folk organization,it explores the direction and path of Baotou's agricultural product information service.
