Kunming City Agricultural Products Logistics System Construction Development Research

In recent years, the principal contradiction about further development of ouragricultural industry has been focused on the field of market distribution system, andthe basic problem of this dilemma is the deep-seated structural problems in urbanagricultural products in the logistics system, such as sluggish Logistics channels, theasymmetric information and the superposition of the cost of circulation. At present,the government is actively encouraging farmers and stores to link up, giving priorityto the development of agricultural products logistics industry. Basing on the variousagricultural products distribution modes, the reconstruction of agricultural logisticssystem and the construction of information platform, which can make the distributionsystem to achieve effective connection of supply and demand, as well as theinformation of agricultural products can be traced back. Improving efficiency throughthe integration of circulation, radically reduce distribution costs and protect thequality and safety of agricultural products.There are competitive industries in Kunming, such as foodstuff, tobacco, flowers,vegetables, because of its unique location advantage. With important economic andgeographic advantages of distribution of agricultural products, Kunming is not onlythe agricultural products distribution center in Yunnan, but also the key to SoutheastAsia, South Asia and the Middle East, Southern Europe, Africa. There is big gapbetween Kunming and other cities in current development state of agriculturalproducts logistics. There is still improvement and optimization of space in Kunming.Therefore, the paper researches actual situation of agricultural products logisticssystem, and strives to find the effective method, which is suitable for the agriculturalproducts logistics development with smooth flow in Kunming. Firstly, this papersummarizes theory of domestic and foreign agricultural products logistics. Thenanalyzes the existing logistics problems about the circulation environment anddevelopment conditions for agricultural products in Kunming and proposes the wayto construct the logistics system of agricultural products in Kunming. By using the method of Game theory and Hotelling model, this paper conducts an empiricalanalysis on the logistics system of agricultural products in Kunming from threeaspects, which include the involvement of government, nodes of the logistics systemand relevant information tracing systems and at last proposes recommendations aboutthe way to develop the logistics system of agricultural products in Kunming.When conducting the Game theory analysis, in order to provide research methodfor the government, this paper adds punish coefficient and incentive coefficient astwo factors to reach the mixed-strategy Nash equilibrium point and extends the scopeof Hotelling model to the logistics environment of agricultural products byintroducing security costs and information tracing behavior as two coefficients to givean empirical study on relevant cases about Kunming. And by doing this empiricalstudy, the analysis could provide some guidance to the construct of logistics system ofagricultural products in Kunming.
