The Change Characteristics And Spacial Influence Of Business Cost Of China Development Zones

As an important factor to attract investment,business cost will influence the decision of enterprise migration.At present,with the general rate increasement of factors of production,some problems come into being.In this paper,development zones are considered as the smallest space unit to make research on business cost.Under this condition,it is of both realistic significance and theoretical significance to make study on the change and special influences of business cost of development zones.This study is devided into four parts,including basic research,theoretical research,empirical research and suggestions and conculsion.Chapter 1 is the basic research.This chapter highlights the background and significance of research,as well as the research scope,methods and framework.It also summarizes relevant literature both at home and aboard.Chapter 2 is the theoretical research.This chapter anlayzes the determining mechanism of the change of business cost,and the influencing mechanism it made to space.Chapter 3,Chapter 4,Chapter 5 are the empirical research.Chapter 3 mainly discusses the changing trend business cost from international,national and regional level by the comparison.Chapter 4 takes 26 National Development Zones in Jiangsu Province as an example.Through constructing an evaluation index system,this chapeter makes a comparison of time-level,and also summarizes the regular change characteristics of different business costs for development zones of different types,different phases and different levels.Chapter 5 analyzes two aspects from the perspective of provincial,city field and development zones dimensior,one is the spatial differences of business cost of development zones,the other is the special influences by change of business costs to development zones.Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 are the suggestions and conclusions.Chapter 6 provides some suggestions for the development zones from the vision of business cost.Mainly conclusions are summarized in the Chapter 7,in addition,it also incudes the futher research suggestions.This study finds that the change of business cost depends on the interaction among factor costs,service costs and environment costs,and the first two have a greater influence.The change of business cost is also the results of the game between government and corporation.The special gradient distribution of business cost will generate the capital flow,which will make different industrial spacial inf’luences in region-level,city-level and development-level.Form the perspective of time evolution,in the national and regional scale,the business cost of china development zones is rising gradually.In the provincial scale,the business cost of china development zones is rising gradually with the evident increase of factor cost and steady decrease of service cost and environment cost,and the difference among southern,middle and northern part of Jiangsu Province was obvious.From the perspective of special influence,in the provincial scale,the structure of business cost in different cities promoted the cross region joint development of development zones,which balances the cost advantages and disadvantages in different places.In the city field,the the different distribution of business cost pushes forward the different industry division.And in the development zone scale,the change of business cost will affect the demands on the special scale and fuction,it will also the upgrade industrial structure.
