Research On The Optimization Of The Logistic Management Of Supply Chain Of D Company Based On Lean Thinking

Auto parts sales growth continued to slow down.The manufacturing cost and labor costs rose sharply,profit margins are compressed.Nowadays,the competition of enterprises is also the competition of supply chain.The auto parts industry is under the pressure of supply chain.Therefore,the effective cost control and waste elimination of supply chain is particularly important.The core of lean thinking is to eliminate waste.Lean optimization of supply chain logistics management can significantly reduce product manufacturing costs,improve quality,and enhance product reliability.The research object is the D company,according to lean thinking and supply chain management theory,introduces the current situation of supply chain logistics management,make a systematic analysis of supply chain logistics management systems,and a detailed analysis of each key part.This paper carries on the lean supply chain logistics management of D company in the optimization,is the most effective way to find out the existing waste mainly based on supply chain process in the planning,sourcing,inventory management,warehousing,production distribution aspects of the problem,analysis and make the improvement measures,guarantee the effective implementation of the system to improve the supply chain logistics management process of D company,and lean supply chain logistics system construction.I hope that the research results of this paper can improve the profitability and market competitiveness of D company,and provide valuable reference for the domestic auto parts enterprises.
