Internet in China has been developing very rapidly in recent years.China’s Internet penetration rate has reached 53.2%,which is 3.1% higher than the global Internet penetration rate during the same period.Internet technology in our country has been used widely in all walks of life.The application of the Internet + has achieved some success,especially in the business field of agricultural industry.The Internet has continued to subvert the traditional way of trade,and has integrated deeply with traditional agricultural,so that the Internet can achieve good results in the application of agricultural e-commerce.Maoming City is a big agricultural market in Guangdong Province,especially famous for “three high agriculture” of Gaozhou lychee and Shuidong leaf mustard as the representative of the fruits and vegetables all over the world.At the same time,the aquaculture development of Maoming is also vibrant,which makes Maoming enjoy the “tilapia capital” reputation.The work of “Internet + agricultural” application and promotion in Maoming City is appropriate.Nevertheless,due to imperfect infrastructure and related service system and so on,which restricted the deep integration of the Internet and agriculture,leaded to the slow development of the Internet in the agriculture,not reached Developed areas of the standard,affected the development of agricultural industry in Maoming City.Based on the current situation of the application Internet+ agriculture in Maoming City,this paper expounded the related concepts of Internet + and “Internet + agriculture”,and combed and studied the theory of Moore’s Law and Metcalf’s Law.Then,by analyzing “Internet + agriculture” application status quo in Maoming City,the problems of “Internet + agricultural” application are found such as the weak “Internet + agricultural” infrastructure,low “Internet + agricultural” service level,to be improved the “Internet + agriculture” awareness,the defective network payment system,facing credit crisis and security risks in the “Internet + agriculture” aspect,lacking of brand of agricultural products.Moreover the reasons of the existence of problems are discovered,for example,inadequate infrastructure investment,lack of talent of “Internet + agriculture” application,imperfect e-commerce law,weak the network sales awareness,lack of standardized production of agricultural products control and so on.Learning the experience of the successful cases from home and abroad.Some measures such as improving “Internet + agriculture” infrastructure,increasing efforts to cultivate Internet talents,developing industry standards,creating the unique brand,establishing the “Internet + agricultural” protection and so forth,which purpose is promoting the development of “Internet +agriculture” and the progress of agricultural economy of Maoming City.
