Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Of "Internet+Agriculture" In Jixi City

"Internet + agriculture " is the focus field of agricultural development in China. It through real-time, Facilitation, instrumentation, perceptualization and intelligence way,provides a more dynamic,accurate and scientific information service for each link of agricultural production,implement a series of revolutionary patterns innovation, Also opens the transformation and upgrading of China agricultural economic."Internet + agriculture" development patterns has been widely used in the application of modern agricultural development, is the inevitable choice of development of agricultural modernization. Heilongjiang province is a big agricultural province, Jixi as a resource-exhausted city of Heilongjiang province, developing the agriculture is the main direction of city transformation. The purpose of this dissertation is mainly trough an in-depth study of the Jixi "Internet + agriculture" present situation and development countermeasure,to promote "Internet + agriculture" in Jixi get better and faster development. Promoting agricultural field to get more application and more effective, realizes the agricultural informationization and agricultural modernization depth fusion, improve agricultural management efficiency, to promote transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and help the farmers' income.Research idea of this dissertation is based on the related concept of "Internet +agriculture" theory as the foundation,with reference to mainly three development patterns of"Internet + agriculture" of our country, summarize the present situation of Jixi "Internet +agriculture". Finding out the existing problems and analyzing the reasons of Jixi "Internet +agriculture", learning from the development ways of developed countries abroad, to explore development countermeasure for Jixi "Internet + agriculture" development. At last, come up with some safeguards on how to promote Jixi "Internet + agriculture" development. On this basis, using literature research, theoretical analysis, field investigation, to study the main content of this dissertation.
