A Research On The Present Situation & Question & Countermeasure Of Inner Mongolia Urbanization

Nowadays ,urbanization is one of most important social economic phenomenon, is one of important contents of the overall construction to our well-off society. There are same valuable descriptions of the city- country creation and development problem in the Marxist classic work. These have formed some science viewpoints, and have profits from significance to know the current urbanization question. The western developed country theory which formed on the urbanization law of development and path's experience and the lesson has also provided the beneficial reference for our country urbanization development practice.With the Chinese current urbanization strategy theory matured gradually, the urbanization advancement already entered the new stage which is the science plan, the legal safeguard, the swift development, the synthesis enhance, but simultaneously ,is also the great change stage of the city and countryside structure, and the contradictory time of town and country. Under such background condition, Inner Mongolia has such performance on urbanization developing process in the last five year: 1st, the urbanization level is high, but the cities modernization quality is relatively low; 2nd, the scale of cities has great expanded , but the comprehensive capacity of cities cannot parallel with it; compared to the developed area in China, the aggregation effect of big cities and the population capacity is also at a low level ;3rd, the urbanization strategy of government leading propel strong, but the marketilization of various industrial in town and country pull weakly ; 4th,"far city farmland and pasture", being weak radiation of big cities and their rich resources , displays for development model which the population and the industry developed in their own area and has possibility to develop to small townIn view of such present situation and the question, proposed the following countermeasure with it:First, uniting the town and country systematically, takes Inner Mongolian characteristic urbanization path which the extension and the connotation of combined. Second, enhance the capacity of urban population employment by strengthening market mechanism to promote the urbanization advancement, encouraging to start an undertaking and forming the home-court entrepreneur community. Third, know"the far city farmland and pasture urbanization pattern"in scientific way; construct urban cluster core-beneficial development of marginal texture.
