Study On Social Security Of Landless Peasants In Zizhong City

One of the most important social problems in the process of urbanization in our country is the social security of the landless peasants.It is of great significance to comprehensively study the theoretical basis of the social security of the landless peasants,to formulate policies scientifically,to implement effective system measures and means for improving the social security system in our country.In this paper,the social security problems of landless peasants in Zizhong County were studied by literature research method,investigation method and comparative research method.The results show that:(1)the land acquisition compensation can not maintain the basic life of the landless peasants,and the landless peasants are forced to change to the problem of re-employment and the loss of land leading to the destruction of the traditional pension model;The reason is that the monetary compensation mode is single and the compensation standard is too low.The government fails to train the new employment skills of the farmers.The landless peasants have low quality and low employment.The farmers in the old-age security can not meet the old-age insurance(3)to solve the countermeasures and suggestions: land requisition protection need to improve the compensation system,you can use the reference land market value,change the single currency placement,improve the resettlement mechanism;employment security needs to improve the employment assistance mechanism,build employment services Platform,and change the way of farmers' employment concept.The old-age security system needs to improve the minimum living guarantee and the urban and rural old-age security system.Old-age insurance The way.
