With the urbanization process and the improvement of living standards,home decoration industry has grown.However,there are problems emerging due to the asymmetric information of both sides as well as the opportunism behaviors regularly.Problems like less trust of customers,insufficient efficacy of the contract,low satisfaction in home renovation transactions.In order to improve the performance of home decorations transactions,this paper researches into the relations between the contract and the trust of customers in the industry of house decoration,with trading in domestic outfit as the object of the study.Further study would be focused on theimpacts of consumer trust,the clauses and use of contract on the performance of home renovations.First of all,the preliminary theories on dividing definition,function and dimensions should be gained by extensive reading on trustworthy as well as contract home and abroad.Secondly,through extensive collection of home improvement cases,interviews,combined with theoretical dimensions to identify consumer confidence indicators,contract setting and use factors in home decoration transactions,this paper forms a questionnaire,and then analyzes the use Use the status quo of contrtacts.Thirdly,according to the data collected from the questionnaire,the questionnaire structure analysis is carried out by reliability and validity analysis,and the dimensionality is further divided by the factor analysis.At the same time,the hypothesis model of this study is formed.Finally,through regression analysis,we study the relationship between consumer trust,contract setting and use,and the effect of both on performance.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There is a complementary relationship between consumer trust and the clauses and the use of the contracts,.(2)When consumer trust and contract interact with performance,consumer trust can play a leading role,while the use of contracts can also improve performance,but the contract set does not improve transaction performance.The theoretical value of this study is to clarify the relationship between trust and contract,and the impact of both on performance in home improvement transactions.At the practical level,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to modify the model of home decoration transaction and the concrete measures to improve the performance of home decoration transactions.
