The Feasibility About The Construction Of Regional Value Chain Along The "One Belt,One Road" In Jiangsu

With more than 30 years' reform and opening-up,China has made remarkable achievements.But because of the influence of enormous population and weak development foundation,China still stands in the low-end position in the global value chain.How to use Jiangsu's advantages so that it can construct the regional value chain along the "one belt,one road",to improve China's position in this regional value chain,and then achieve a breakthrough in global value chain from the low-end value chain position to the higher one,is an important research need to make.On the basis of existing research at home and abroad,this paper firstly introduces the theory of value chain,regional value chain,global value chain,"one belt,one road" etc.Then,this paper makes theoretical study about the feasibility about the construction of regional value chain along the"one belt,one road" in Jiangsu.The part of theoretical study uses comparative advantage theory and u-shaped curve of value chain as the theoretical basis to analyze the different value-added situation in the global value chain,arguing that countries along the "one belt,one road" can upgrade industries by constructing regional value chain.Then,this paper studies present Jiangsu's situation about the construction of regional value chain along the "one belt,one road".It is concluded that manufacturing industry has high status in Jiangsu and Jiangsu has comparative advantage in constructing regional value chain.Then this paper uses the method of case analysis to study that Jiangsu can help other countries improve the infrastructure construction,which can facilitate the construction of regional value chain.This paper also studies the complementarity of national manufacturing industry along the "one belt,one road" by using the method of empirical research.Finally,this paper studies solutions to help Jiangsu construct the regional value chain along the "one belt,one road".Jiangsu can make full use of high-tech industry,relatively perfect infrastructure and great policy environment to construct the regional value chain along the "one belt,one road".Through the research,this paper can draw a conclusion that:Jiangsu can construct regional value along the "one belt,one road".
