PHE(Plate Heat Exchanger)is a universal equipment used in many industries.With rapidly development of market and increasingly intense of competition,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises in PHE manufacturing industry,informatization has to be improved imperatively.SaaS,recently,is spreading widely and has to be gradually used in company operation,which is an application mode suitable for informatization in small and medium-sized enterprises and focus on Niche market.But,on the one hand SaaS is a new-born mode,on the other hand informatization in PHE manufacturing industry is still at low level,both of them will bring uncertain risks to those informatization projects of SaaS mode in small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the characteristics of projects that small and medium-sized enterprises of PHE manufacturing industry apply SaaS mode services,combining with experience in PHE manufacturing industry and study on SaaS of author,this thesis is preliminary to analysis risks for those projects.Main contents of this thesis are as follow:(1)According to the method of SWOT analysis and Delphi method,this thesisperforms risk identification of project.Analyzing the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses of project,pointing out the potential area that riskswould be found out,identifying 5 major risks and 27 secondary risks,communicating with a panel of exports to confirm the final risk factors,buildingthe final risk assessment system.(2)Based on the estimation of exports,using AHP method to assess risk factors andachieving sequence of risk factor's significance.(3)Based on the assessment of risk factor's possibility in a practical project of certainmedium-sized company in PHE industry made by exports,this thesis achievessequence of risk factor's value and offers suitable risk response strategy fordifferent level of risk for practical project.Study of this thesis promotes the informatization of PHE manufacturing industry,helps small and medium-sized enterprises of PHE manufacturing industry applying risk management to decrease the risk in the project of applying SaaS service.
