Research On Risk Evaluation Of SaaS ERP Service Provider Selection In Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

It is very important for small and medium-sized enterprises to choose suitable SaaS ERP providers for enterprise informatization construction.Under the background of cloud computing,it is necessary for small and medium-sized enterprises to build information system in order to improve their market environment and enhance their market competitiveness.Because SaaS ERP is service-oriented,configurable and manageable,it has attracted the attention of small and medium-sized enterprises.If SMEs decide to use SaaS ERP,enterprises need to face the problem of selecting SaaS ERP providers.Because of the complex market environment of SaaS ERP service providers,it is difficult for SMEs to choose the appropriate SaaS ERP service providers,and then SMEs have the risk of selecting SaaS ERP service providers.Based on this,based on the perspective of risk control,this paper constructs the risk assessment model of SaaS ERP service provider by identifying the risk factors in the selection of SaaS ERP service providers in small and medium-sized enterprises,and then effectively controls the risk promoting enterprises in SaaS ERP service providers to promote the information construction of enterprises.This paper first focuses on the selection of SaaS ERP service providers,reviews the selection of SaaS ERP service providers,and makes clear the shortcomings of the existing research on risk factors identification and SaaS ERP service provider selection risk assessment,and points out the breakthrough point of this paper.Secondly,based on the perspective of risk control,the paper identifies the risk factors of SaaS ERP service providers by analyzing the risk of SMEs and the conditions of SaaS ERP service providers,and using the field investigation method and expert interview method and questionnaire survey method to determine the risk factors of 21 SaaS ERP service providers and make use of the actual risk factors.The risk factors are classified into 6 categories by the analysis of the risk factors.On this basis,the fuzzy ELECTRE method is used to construct the risk evaluation model of SaaS ERP service provider,and by solving the built model,the SaaS ERP service provider suitable for its own needs is finally chosen.Finally,this paper takes MBY company to select SaaS ERP service provider as an example to verify the operability of the SaaS ERP service provider's choice of risk evaluation model and summarize the results of the paper.
