Especially in the work, the enterprises can through the network in the global trade environment, build business channels, expand the market, strengthen their own advantages. This is the rare opportunity to realize rapid development in the fierce market for the small and medium-sized enterprises, with the help of the Internet for information construction they can enhance their competitiveness. While facing the aspects of funds, talents, technology information problem in the small and medium-sized enterprises, the traditional information construction modes cannot meet their needs. Saa S model is a new model of information construction which generates under the two forces which are the Internet, and small and medium-sized enterprise information demand, this huge group. It effectively solves the difficuit problem of small and medium-sized enterprises informatization, Therefore, Saa S will is the big trend in the small and medium-sized enterprise informatization construction mode, However, the application status of small and medium-sized enterprises, it did not achieve the desired results.This paper, combining theory with practice, makes small and medium-sized enterprise and Saa S model as the main research object, and firstly summarize theoretical research and literature review about the present situation and existing problems of small and medium-sized informatization, enterprise informatization construction mode, selection and Saa S model. These contents have great significance for this paper. Second, it analyzes the present stage information construction mode, and puts forward the enterprise informatization construction model choice elements, on this basis, in combination with small and medium-sized enterprise informatization construction present situation and the construction demand, it puts forward Saa S is able to satisfy the demand of the enterprise information construction, and Saa S is one of the best choice for small and medium-sized enterprise informatization construction. After determining that the enterprises can use Saa S model, it analyzes Saa S products positioning for the small and medium-sized enterprises demand groups, as well as the implementation strategies and business adjustment problems for the small and medium-sized enterprise when applying Saa S product. The above part is qualitative research of Saa S model application in small and medium-sized enterprises, and solves how to implement a Saa S, business adjustment and Saa S product positioning problem.Then using the fuzzy evaluation method, and combining with the visit and questionnaire survey data gotten from the company staff using Saa S model, it evaluates the Saa S model, analyses the reason why enterprises still have doubts in Saa S model. Finally, by using functional decision method based on uncertain linguistic information, it analyses the considered reason when small and medium-sized enterprises select suppliers. This part combines quantitative analysis method for the practical application research of Saa S model in small and medium-sized enterprises.According to the research contents and results of the analysis, it puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper, starting from the enterprise itself, it analyzes the information demand, and summarizes the related problems and solutions of the application of Saa S model in small and medium-sized enterprises, hoping that through the Saa S application analysis in small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper can provide reference and guidance for informatization construction and Saa S model development.
