Research On Knowledge Transfer In ERP Implementation Process Of Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

ERP is an indispensable management software for enterprise information.In recent years,many small and medium enterprises,especially ERP demand for manufacturing enterprises,through the implementation of ERP to achieve better results,adjust and optimize the business process,improve the level of enterprise management,and promote enterprise development.The latest survey shows that the success rate of ERP system implementation is not too high,research and analysis shows that ERP implementation of the success rate is not high is an important reason for ERP implementation process lack of knowledge transfer.Therefore,to carry out ERP implementation process of knowledge transfer research for small and medium manufacturing enterprises have a very important practical significance.This paper is aimed at small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises ERP implementation process of knowledge transfer of an exploratory research,research work focused on the following five aspects:(1)A large number of relevant literature review and analysis,elaborated the ERP implementation process of knowledge transfer research background,reviewed the ERP,knowledge management and knowledge transfer related content and domestic and foreign research and application status quo,proposed small and medium manufacturing enterprise ERP implementation process In the knowledge transfer of the research content,methods and technical lines,clear small and medium manufacturing enterprises ERP implementation process and knowledge transfer combined with the research framework.(2)This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and ERP requirements,analyzes and analyzes the ERP implementation model of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the content and characteristics of knowledge transfer in ERP implementation process,and combines the stage tasks in ERP implementation process,Analyze the content of knowledge transfer at each stage,and summarize the results of knowledge transfer at each stage.(3)Based on the W-S-R system methodology and the model of influencing factors of Dong-Gil knowledge transfer,the paper analyzes the physical factors,the causative factors and the human factors in the ERP implementation process of small and medium manufacturing enterprises.This paper puts forward a model to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer in ERP implementation,and analyzes the efficiency of knowledge transfer strategy.(4)This paper analyzes the present situation of knowledge transfer in L ERP implementation by using questionnaire and interview method,and clarifies the existing problems in knowledge transfer of ERP in ERP project.According to the current situation of L enterprises,the paper analyzes the knowledge transfer strategy,and finally summarizes the effectiveness of knowledge transfer in the process of ERP implementation.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the promotion of knowledge transfer efficiency of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in ERP implementation.
