This paper combins the three factors and theory of the impact of media company performance:resource-based theory and corporate factors,industrial organization and industrial factors,institutional theory and national factors.On the basis of previous studies,the time-effect model is constructed by adding the time effect to the time-enterprise-industry-country model.The results show that economic growth and economic cycle,the overall performance of the relationship between the obvious;media companies more by the time effect,business effects and industrial effects.The difference between the effect of enterprise and industry is only 1.4%.The national effect is weak.The factors influencing the performance of media enterprises are different.The publishing industry is greatly influenced by the time effect and the national effect.The film and video production industry is most affected by the enterprise effect.And radio and television by the time effect of the greatest impact.Therefore,the media enterprise performance is the result of a comprehensive impact,not a single level factors.
