Study On The Influence Of Internet Enterprise Specific Human Capital Investment On Enterprise Performance

With the progress of science and technology,intelligent economy era has arrived.In recent years,the rapid development of the Internet,the Internet wave swept the world,"Internet +" has become a hot term of the new era,modern society has entered"Internet+"era.In the report of the State Council's government work in 2015,the Prime Minister first proposed the "develop the 'Internet +' action plan to guide the Internet companies to expand the international market"(the State Council government work report 2015).In the "Internet +" era,talent is undoubtedly the key resource of enterprises.Talent is still the main source and power of social and economic development,human capital has replaced material energy and other material energy,become the key factor of enterprises,regions and even the country to maintain sustainable competitiveness.There has been a lot of academic research on the relationship between human capital and corporate performance,providing a valuable experience for the follow-up study of human capital.But little literature using Internet companies as a research object,the impact of human capital on the performance of the path study also seems to become a black box.The research object of this paper is the Internet enterprises listed in our country,and introduce the enterprise development ability as the mediator variable,and use the mediation effect method to study the relationship between the Internet enterprise specific human capital investment and corporate performance.With a view to providing useful suggestions for human capital investment research and practice.Based on the theory of human capital,the basic theory of resources and the theory of enterprise competence,this paper chooses the alternative variables to measure the Internet enterprise specific human capital investment according to the model of intermediary effect.In this paper,the research object is the Internet enterprises listed in China,this paper is studied by means of normative and empirical methods.The empirical results show that:(1)Internet enterprise specific human capital investment and enterprise performance was positively correlated.(2)Internet enterprise specific human capital investment and enterprise development capacity was positively correlated;(3)Internet enterprise specific human capital investment has partly influenced enterprise performance by influencing the ability of enterprise development,play a part of the intermediary role.
