With the development of the national civil military integration strategy,many private enterprises have entered the field of military market.Meanwhile,the traditional military industry barriers have been broken,aerospace,aviation,shipbuilding,electronics,weapons and other major groups bu the market pressure,no longer stick to their traditional areas,but penetrate to each other,market competition is very fierce.At present,the real project bidding has become the norm management means of project procurement of military products,the original schedule management process and bid type prototype of the "short,flat,fast" project does not fit in the market competition is extremely unfavorable position.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a rapid product development process optimization research,to seek and establish a set of management processes suitable for the development of competitive products.In this paper,the development process of the competitive products of H Research Institute as the research object,discusses the product development project management,process improvement and process improvement methods related theory.According to the characteristics of H Research Institute,the organization structure,management mode and existing product development process of H Research Institute are analyzed.The D product development project as an example,the use of ASME for the process analysis,to determine the quantitative indicators in the process of value-added and non value added activities,find out the reasons affecting the progress of product development: Inadequate communication,resulting in repeated programs;The model of command and technology responsible for human rights lie weak departments buck passing,the management system is complex;frequent quality problems and the treatment cycle is too long,caused badly behind schedule.Using activity based costing,the cost of D project is calculated,and the reason of cost consumption is found out:The product development cycle is too long;the quality problem increases the direct cost.Based on the analysis of the time involved in the D project designer,to find out the reason of insufficient allocation of time designers: the designer a multitasker;designer performance appraisal and job promotion by the Department where the decision model of command efforts in human resource scheduling problemsThis paper uses empirical analysis method and comparative analysis method,based on putting forward to break the original implementation process constraints,please eliminate false system of the implementation of concurrent engineering,increase the command power,and in the practice of product development in the K project,D project practice results and data comparison evaluation,confirm the correctness and feasibility of the optimization after the process.In this paper,the theory and method of optimization can be used for reference in the development process of competitive products.
