Young employees,who always seek autonomy at work,are very creative and they also show the combination of individuality and diversity.These years,there are increasingly college students accepted in the branches of The People's Bank of China.On a practical point,the young employees with unique advantages are showing a good momentum of development and they have played an important part in the construction of the branches.Young employees tend to get a healthy and rapid growth and be success with the features of a higher starting point,distinctive features and strong plasticity.However,with the enhancement of young employees,they are gradually different from those of 70s' and 60s'.The most significant point is that young people tend to pay more attention to the value of individual rights and the realization of personal value.The outdated management is not applicable for the new generation and the tendency of a high quit rate.The demission of young employees brings about great adverse effects because young employees are full of great creativity and they are always the backbone of the organization.It has invariably become an important issue of human resources management in the new era on how to motivate and retain young employees and make them create more value.Once the demission occurs,it is difficult to remedy and measure.On the other hand,turnover intention is a good predictor of turnover behavior and that is why we should study how to reduce the turnover intention of young employees.At present,domestic and foreign research on turnover intention has been mature.On the basis of these theories,this research is carried out and it also put forward the influencing factors of young employees' turnover intention.The attachment is a questionnaire to measure turnover intention and make data analysis to identify the relevant factors which are mainly focused on ideological factors?work factors and individual factors.Finally,according to the management practice of the X branch of the people's Bank of China and the actual characteristics of young employees,reasonable suggestions are proposed.They are like optimizing the current salary system,improving the internal welfare level,building a platform for young employees' growth and development and establishing a characteristic organizational culture.These can promote the growth of young employees and make organizations more attractive to talent.Only in this way can we remain invincible in the competition.
