As the main part of private enterprises,the family enterprise is an important force in China's economy.The family business intergenerational inheritance problem becomes extremely realistic which cannot be ignored.The result of intergenerational transmission is very important and influences the destiny of the family enterprises.As "father-to-son succession" is the mainstream mode of the inheritance of family enterprises in China,the specific operation of the inheritance path has some research significance.Based on the analysis of the family business intergenerational inheritance route of several theoretical models,combining the practice of Chinese and western family enterprisesexperience,this paper put forward the family business " father-to-son succession"inheritance route optimization model of the process based on the auxiliary route selection,and the key steps in concrete operation and the problemswhich are needed to focus in detailed analysis,The following conclusions are drawn.Chinese family enterprises should regard the intergenerational transition to the height of the enterprise strategy,emphasis on "father-to-son succession "in the process of design and implementation of the succession plan and risk control of the whole process of intergenerational inheritance.It's a process of two generations of leaders in practice role in the process of succession plan adjustment and fully effective interaction and communication feedback.In the route optimization model is proposed in this paper,family businesses "father-to-son succession" plan is the start,focusing on the implementation process of succession planning,the successor selection process,the cultivation of the successor,assessment and evaluation of "would-be successors" until the last power fully realize transition,and to identify and control the risk in the whole process of the succession plan,in order to achieve the smooth completion of family enterprises between generations and the sustainable development of family business in the long term,...
