The Study Of Accounts Receivable And OPERA Management System In Hotel Industry

The hotel industry is just facing the challenge to the brand & chain.The hotel MIS(short for Management Information System)system as a core of hotel information management,play an essential role at the hotel daily operation.Accounts receivable is also an important product at enterprise commercial behavior.This paper is titled “The Study of Accounts Receivable and Opera Management System in Hotel Industry,and used HBFM Hotel as a case.This article starting from hotel industry,introduce hotel MIS Opera system actual work and improving suggestion.A combine accounts receivable work,propose establish suggestion to the accounts receivable specification management.This article divided into five parts,as a follows: Part one,introduction: make a research to thesis at background?the significance of the research?research ideas?research method and innovation point;Part two,document analysis: make a related research to CHINA?USA?UK about accounts receivable and hotel MIS management system;Part three.Current hotel Financial MIS system introduction,also including advantage & shortage;Part four.Cases about Hotel Opera system & Account receivable;Part Five.Hotel industry accounts receivable problem & suggestion.This article is in the process of collection and arranging materials,There is very little research on the financial receivable of discovery hotel.The introduction to the hotel MIS Opera system is not specific and very small.Combine the two together.The article that combines theory with reality is more rare.Since I had been engaged in hotel receivable for two years.So the account receivable management of the Opera system in select hotel is studied in this paper and put forward the idea of the localization of the MIS Opera system in the hotel.Last,the idea of innovation and optimization of hotel professional education system is put forward in this paper.It's suggested that the hotel side and the school jointly set up the hotel Opera system laboratory.Let hotel management students study the fully simulated hotel Opera system management system in the laboratory.Improving the practical ability of students theory and practical work.EntMISrises can also take advantage of the opportunity to select excellent talents.Achieving win-win and mutual benefit between employers and schools.
