With the development of socialist market economy,the effective performance of the local government is very essential to the high-quality operation of market economy.The government plays an indispensable role to the market economy with the implementation of its regulatory functions.The government should strengthen its market supervision fuction,design effective supervision mechanism,establish and maintain a healthy market order to protect the legal rights and interests of consumers.This article starts with the current supervision situation of Changxing Island to lead to the research about market supervision mechanism,which is of great importance to the implementation of the main responsibilities,the safety of food production and the operation of special equipmen.At the same time,it is also vital to the improvement of the construction of a complete market supervision mechanism.Based on the definition of the basic concept of market supervision,we did some research to the basic theory,regulatory content,regulatory model,related laws and regulations of market supervision.Through the analysis to the current market supervision of Changxing Island market,we found that a serious lack of human resources and uncomplete implement of supervision were existed shortages of the daily supervision in this market.Therefore,we need to search for a more reasonable market supervision mechanism to carry out the supervision work more efficiently.According to the problems we've found before,we proposed to setup a database which was based on the information technology with the basic theory of market regulation and the framework of laws and regulations,in order to standardize the regulatory process,implement the information supervision,enhance the supervision level both online and offline.At the meanwhile,apply supervision alarming with the use of big data.Then,we put forward the personalized regulatory function composition for the industrial and commercial supervision,food safety supervision and special equipment supervision.Finally,we suggested some the safeguard measures to realize this supervision mechanism.The supervision mechanism proposed in this article was on the foundation of informatization method,which support the function of collecting monitoring data regularly,was aimed to establish a more effective long-term supervision mechanism both online and offline.We hope that this mechanism could strengthen the supervision level,enforce the legal structure rigidly,discover and solve problems in time,which would be practical to more impactful market supervision efficient.
