The Study On Chartering Decision Of Dry Bulk-cargo Vessels Of X Company's Operation Of Both Domestic And Foreign Trade

Dry bulk-cargo shipping market is an important part of the shipping market.Dry bulk-cargo carriers are dry bulk-cargo vessels.With the increasing demand for domestic and international trade,the shipping enterprises have formed a new way of operation in order to meet the needs of domestic and foreign trade,which is operation of domestic and foreign trade.Dry bulk-cargo shipping can not be separated from the chartering market.Dry bulk-cargo transport enterprises use the method of chartering to carry dry bulk cargo.There are many methods of chartering,such as voyage charter,time charter,bare boat charter and contact of affreightment.As dry bulk-cargo transport enterprises facedvariety of chartering methods,how to choosehas always been a concern of dry bulk-cargo shipping industry.Taking X company as the object of study,this paper studies the chartering decision of dry bulk-cargo vessels which carry domestic and foreign cargo.Firstly,this paper summarizes the related theories.Secondly,dry bulk-cargo shipping market and the operation status of X company are analyzed.On this basis,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the decision of voyage charter and time charter,and then established the decision model of voyage charter and time charter and use the model to analyses examples about X company.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions about voyage charter and time charter.
