Before the enterprises to carry out an investment,have important role in project feasibility analysis,feasibility analysis is a scientific rigorous approach,after a series of feasibility analysis,to predict the project the possibility of uncertainty avoidance measures,to look forward to reduce risk and unnecessary loss,so the feasibility analysis to each subject to further investigation and analysis of project investment.Agricultural products logistics park is an important link in the process of agricultural products logistics development,the existence of the logistics park for the operators to provide a broad information exchange platform,reduce the cost of asymmetric information,improve the agricultural operators to organized by water and the value of agricultural products,on the platform of the logistics park,make the products more standardization,standardization,makes the transportation safety in the process of the concentration increases to agricultural products sales,control of agricultural prices have certain effect.The construction of agricultural products logistics park is conducive to promoting the industrialization of agriculture and increasing the overall interest of agriculture.In this paper,based on the theory of project management and the basis,using a series of analysis methods,such as using the theoretical analysis and empirical study,qualitative and quantitative analysis,methods of construction scheme,the project for the market demand,energy conservation,ecological and environmental impact,investment and financing,financial status,project benefit,and project risk analysis of the feasibility study,it provides theory basis for the actual situation of the project,and then come to the conclusion that the project benefit level is higher,friendly to environment and ecology,therefore,the project is feasible.
