Recently years, the economy has entered high development period in the Xinjiangregion after Xinjiang forum, which brought a sharp change to the relation betweensupply and demand in the logistics market of the Xinjiang region. and the logisticsmarket of supply and demand become imbalance. It is difficult to the rapid economicdevelopment which without a stable and smooth goods distribution channels for anyregion. So the rapid development of the logistics is very important measures to thefuture competitiveness of the local governments in Xinjiang. Considerate all abovereasons, Xinjiang ZH Logistics Park project investment and construction in this context.In this paper, synthesize the economic development trends in the ‘GoldenTriangle’ of Xinjiang, the logistics development situation at present, and futureplanning in to consideration. the author start to study about investment feasibility ofXinjiang ZH Logistics Park project and try to get the answer. The process of analysisand evaluation are including as follows: first of all, analyzing the investmentenvironment and the market demand of the logistics park project；and then，basedon the basic theories of finance management and project investment evaluation, andaccording to the scale of investment, operating costs and revenue estimates of theproject, stating the technical and economic status of the logistics park project in usingsome indexes of financial analysis. Evaluation of national economy and social benefits,draw the relevant conclusions. Considering the above-mentioned, and get thelast comprehensive evaluation to prove that the construction of the logistics park isfeasible，rational and significant in the way of benefits of finance，national economy andsociety．The research methods in this paper has a strong practical reference valuefor other logistics companies about investment feasibility of similar constructionprojects.
